I offer a bespoke service primarily.  I will build your longbow or flatbow from scratch from a single piece of wood, to your specifications.  From Native American flatbow and pyramid bow replicas to a Meare Heath or a Holmegaard, even a traditional English (or Welsh, even) longbow pulling up to 85lbs, plus...

 

Waiting times for bows obviously vary somewhat, partly due to construction methods and the need to take one's time over such things, and partly due to availability of materials.  Hardwoods like ash and hickory are fairly easy to come by, whereas many of the extra special bow woods, such as yew and osage orange can be rather more difficult to source.

 

I'll need to know firstly, the style of bow that you would like, and in what wood, secondly, the overall length and draw length and crucially, the draw weight.  We can discuss these details and work them out if you're not quite sure, along with any other details like the style of handle and trim on the bow, the string and arrows, accessories, and so forth.
